We love MMA! My daughter started in the little dragon class and now she’s in the junior class. She loves coming to MMA and she had me do the class with her last year. I got my yellow belt. It was fun doing the class with her. We enjoyed the bonding time. MMA treats you like family.
MMA at East Lake has been a fantastic addition to my son’s life. The staff is engaging, fun and provides age appropriate discipline and life skills to all of the kids. I see positive changes in my son’s demeanor at home and I’m able to use the philosophy with him to reinforce these lessons. I highly recommend Marietta Martial Arts!
My son has been a member for over a year, and I truly love this establishment. They’re amazing with kids, and karate has given my son structure, discipline, and confidence. I also really appreciate that they offer camp when school is out — it’s been a lifesaver not having to scramble for childcare or take time off work.
Great place for my son to not only learn Martial Arts, but also receive positive reinforcement of focus, respect, and self-discipline in a fun and safe atmosphere. The instructors are top-notch. They are personable, approachable, attentive, and candid when they should be. There are usually several age-appropriate classes going on at once. At the end of every class students are reminded not to use their skills outside of class inappropriately. There are no hard schedules per student so it’s a great activity to, flexibly, fill in gaps between other extracurricular activities throughout the week.
My kid loves this place!! She learns about respect, focus and personal space. My favorite part is she brings that home with her and has another positive influence in her life. Not to mention she loves the physical side of it. 10/10 reccomend for any child!
I started going to Marietta Martial Arts several weeks ago during a challenging time in my life. It has been heartwarming to experience all the care and dedication that everyone surrounds you with. As a successful adult of 33 yo, it still made me realize that some foundations for me were missing. I’m doing it myself and I’m looking forward to my two little girls to get interested and join me as well as I truly believe this is the inner foundation that everyone needs. An update 4 months later: both of my daughters now attend martial arts as well. They absolutely love it! I have seen improvement in confidence with both of them in just 4 months.
Awesome experience so far and a great facility. Really appreciate Joey always checking in to see how we’re doing. Only a couple weeks in but the kiddo loves it and is very engaged. All the instructors are great and keep the class engaged and focused. Very friendly and respectful staff.
We have been in class for a week and I am really impressed with the professionalism that everyone has here and the good organization. Registering online was very simple and since I did it everything was very easy. My children are happy that I brought them here. It is a fair price and the classes have helped my children. Thank you very much for making us feel like family. 100% recommended. Marley and bruno are happy.
Great place for kids to work out their energy and learn a thing to or two about a good sport. Kids also learn to count in Korean, surprise bonus. Staff are really friendly and the instructors are very helpful to keep the kids engaged in their lessons.
